TurniGym is a digital software service with no physical delivery.
Service delivery
- The free trial starts electronically after successful business registration.
- A paid plan is activated electronically for the relevant business account after PayTR sends TurniGym a successful payment notification.
- Activation is displayed in the panel. If the cardholder's bank or PayTR requires additional verification, delivery may be delayed until verification is complete.
- The Business plan is activated after a custom quotation and separate agreement.
Delivery issue
If your plan is not activated after a successful payment, contact info@turnigym.com with the order number, business name, and account email. We will correct a verified technical activation error; if the service cannot be provided, the Cancellation and Refund policy applies.
