Trial and renewal
The Starter trial is free for 7 days and does not automatically convert to a paid plan. Paid monthly/annual plans also do not renew automatically under the current system. The business owner must initiate another payment for a new period, so no separate renewal cancellation is required.
Pending payment
You may leave the payment flow before it is completed. A failed or abandoned payment does not activate a plan. If a bank authorization appears, its release timing depends on the bank.
Refund requests considered
- a duplicate charge for the same order;
- an incorrect plan or amount charged;
- inability to activate the service after successful payment due to TurniGym;
- withdrawal or refund cases mandated by law;
- another justified case separately accepted by the Provider.
Use of the digital service, campaign conditions, technical records, and mandatory law are considered. This policy does not remove statutory rights. Requests by commercial customers who do not qualify as consumers are reviewed under the agreement and circumstances.
Request and return of funds
Contact info@turnigym.com with the business name, account email, payment date, amount, order number, and reason. After verification, we communicate the outcome and refund details where applicable. An approved card refund is sent through PayTR to the card used; posting time depends on PayTR and the card issuer.
