Service, price, and payment
The service is digital use of the selected TurniGym plan for the monthly or annual period stated in the order. Main characteristics and limits appear on the plan selection screen; the total price including applicable taxes appears on the payment screen. Business is subject to a custom quote. Card payment is processed in PayTR's secure iFrame; TurniGym does not store card credentials.
Delivery and term
The plan is electronically activated for the business account after PayTR's successful payment notification; there is no physical delivery. Current paid plans do not renew automatically. Another payment is required for a new period.
Withdrawal and refund
Businesses purchasing for commercial or professional purposes may not qualify as consumers. Where the Customer legally qualifies as a consumer, mandatory rights under Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502 and related rules apply. A withdrawal exception linked to immediate digital performance applies only where legally required clear prior consent and notice exist. Requests and disputes
Delivery, invoice, cancellation, and refund requests may be sent to info@turnigym.com with order information. In consumer transactions, access to the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court under statutory limits remains available. Turkish law applies.
