These terms govern use of the TurniGym website, business panel, and TurniGym Üye application. By using the service, you agree to comply with applicable law and these terms.
Accounts and permissions
You must provide accurate current information, protect your password, and monitor account activity. Business owners must grant staff only the permissions needed for their duties. Attempting to access another person's account or another business's data, bypassing security, or misusing QR access is prohibited.
Business and member relationship
Sports businesses are responsible for their membership plans, credits, appointment rules, collections, and facility services. TurniGym supplies software infrastructure and is not the provider of sports or health services. Businesses are responsible for the lawful handling of member and staff data they enter.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, harmful, or rights-infringing purposes; upload malicious code; place disproportionate load on the system; reverse engineer; or extract data through unauthorized automation.
Content, intellectual property, and access
Users retain rights in data they enter and grant the limited processing permission necessary to provide the service. TurniGym software and marks belong to Kodventure Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi or its licensors. Access may be proportionately restricted for security, unlawful conduct, or serious contractual breach.
Changes and liability
The service may be updated for security, legal compliance, maintenance, and development. Subject to mandatory law, liability for indirect loss or interruption caused by third-party services is limited by applicable law. The Distance Sales Agreement additionally applies to payments and subscriptions.
