You can permanently delete your TurniGym Üye account and the personal data associated with it directly in the app.
Delete your account
- Sign in to the TurniGym Üye app.
- Open Profile > Permanently delete account.
- Review the deletion notice, enter your password, and tap Delete permanently.
Your account is deleted immediately after confirmation. You do not need to call or email customer service.
Data that is deleted
Account credentials and access tokens, name and contact details, profile photo, app preferences, notification device information, health notes, blood group and body measurements are deleted. Appointment, gym check-in and app usage records that are not subject to a legal retention requirement are also deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Data that may be retained
Invoice, payment, commercial transaction and security records may be retained only where required by applicable law and for no longer than 10 years. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized. Retained data is not used for marketing and is not linked to an active user account.
