This agreement governs the remote sale and supply of the digital subscription selected in the TurniGym administration panel. The business or person completing the order is the "Customer" and Kodventure Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi is the "Provider".

The Customer's details are those recorded in the signed-in business account and order before payment.
Subject and service
TurniGym is software for sports businesses to manage members, plans/credits, collections, branches, QR access, reporting, and trainer schedules. The selected plan, period, features, limits, total price, and taxes displayed in the order/payment flow form part of this agreement.
Formation, payment, and delivery
By completing payment, the Customer confirms having had the opportunity to review the pre-information and this agreement electronically. Card payments are processed in PayTR's secure iFrame; TurniGym does not store card credentials. The agreement is formed when payment is successfully approved. The digital plan is activated for the business account after PayTR's success notification; there is no physical delivery.
Term and renewal
Paid service is valid for the monthly or annual period selected in the order. Under the current system, plans do not renew automatically and no new-period card charge occurs automatically. The Customer must initiate a new payment for another period. Any future automatic renewal would apply only after clear prior notice and separate approval.
Trial, use, and responsibility
New businesses may try Starter free for 7 days. If no payment is made after trial, data may remain viewable while create, update, and operational actions may be restricted. The Customer is responsible for accurate account details, user permissions, an appropriate legal basis and notices for its own member/staff data, and actions in its account.
Withdrawal, cancellation, and refund
Businesses purchasing for commercial or professional purposes may not qualify as consumers. Mandatory consumer law applies where the Customer legally qualifies as a consumer. Because digital service begins promptly, any loss of a withdrawal right applies only where legally required prior consent and notice were obtained. Duplicate/incorrect charges, failed activation, and other requests are reviewed under the Cancellation and Refund policy.
Service and changes
Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, security, force majeure, internet/third-party infrastructure, or planned work. The Provider takes reasonable precautions. Security, legal, and product changes are implemented without unreasonably reducing active-period rights.
Intellectual property, suspension, and termination
Rights in TurniGym software, design, and marks belong to the Provider or its licensors. The Customer receives only a non-transferable right of use during the subscription. Access may be proportionately restricted for unlawful use, security breach, unauthorized access, or payment dispute, subject to applicable law.
Law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Statutory consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts remain available in consumer transactions. Applicable jurisdiction rules govern commercial disputes. Electronic order and payment records may constitute evidence to the extent permitted by law.
